Based on a tap dance routine, the Shim Sham Shimmy was adapted by Lindy Hoppers when Lindy Hop legend Frankie Manning started using it as a class warm-up. Now performed at swing dances all over the world, including Gottaswing dances at Colvin Run Dance Hall and Glen Echo Park, you’ll love being part of this world-wide tradition! No partner needed, all levels welcome.
