Special offering! BEGINNER LEVEL BALBOA. What is Balboa? This swing-adjacent dance, also known as simply “Bal,” originated in Southern California in the 1920s, and was popular in the 1930s and ’40s. This eight-count basic enjoyed a resurgence in the Great Lindy Hop Revival of 1998 and is now a staple of the swing dance world. Particularly suited for (but not limited to) fast music, this is a great addition to your swing dance vocabulary. This beginner-level Balboa class is suitable for dancers of all levels of experience.
Special offer: Register for Beginner and get $20 off the total price! Discount automatically applied when you put both classes in the shopping cart.
