Costumed dancers are welcome to walk the parade route, waving to the crowd and dancing as the pace of the parade allows. We will be performing the routine at the end of the parade route at the reviewing stand at Constitution Avenue, NW/16th Street, NW.
• IMPORTANT!! ALL participants are required to fill out the 2023 Agreement of Release. Please print, fill out (enter Gottaswing LLC as the name of the organization) and bring with you to the parade. They will be collected at the parade and turned over to the site manager from Under the Sun Productions.
Parade steps off at 11:45am and dancers are usually required to be in place around 9-9:30am.
We’re not going to be super-strict but you should come as close to the look as possible. For example, you don’t have to buy saddle shoes but if not, try to wear white tennis shoes.
